We stand behind our digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at hello@nmsadigital.io with your order details. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for purchase
  • The product name
  • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Subscription Products

For subscription-based products, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for subscription payments follow the same 30-day policy from the date of each payment.

One-Time Purchases

Digital products purchased as one-time payments are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
